Product description

What you still need: 4 eggs, 300 ml milk, oil for frying, powdered sugar, cranberry jam

Preparation:
Put the contents of the jar into a bowl.
Add 4 egg yolks and 300 ml milk and mix well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in.
Heat oil in a pan.
Pour one large ladle of batter into the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Tear the pancake into pieces using a wooden spoon and place on a plate.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with cranberry jam.
