Shipping costs:
Shipping is free for orders over €99. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €9.90 applies for deliveries to Italy, Germany, and Austria.
For deliveries to remote areas and islands, a shipping surcharge may apply. We will be happy to inform you of the exact cost upon request.
Generally, processing takes 3 to 4 business days. Delivery occurs after payment is received. Delivery to Italy takes 4 to 8 days, and to Germany and Austria 5 to 7 days. No deliveries are made over weekends, public holidays, Christmas, or New Year's Eve; these days may be longer than usual.
Please ensure that you or another person is present upon delivery to avoid additional costs. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned. We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery due to inaccurate or incorrect address information.
If the goods are unavailable, we are not obligated to deliver. Of course, we will contact you immediately in this case.
Order process and payment methods
Your order will be processed within 2 to 4 days of receipt. The prices listed in our online shop are per unit. The stated weight may vary slightly but remains within legal limits. As soon as your package is ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice via email with details of your chosen payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal). The package will be shipped after payment is received. We accept no liability for the unauthorized use of credit cards, checks, or other payment methods by third parties, provided we can demonstrate that we have taken all possible precautions to the best of our knowledge and experience.
Right of withdrawal according to Articles 52 and 59 CDC
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason. This must be communicated to the seller in a clear statement via email. The goods must be returned to the seller within 14 days of cancellation. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. The purchase price and any delivery charges already paid will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods.
Applicable law
The above provisions are governed by Italian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any claims arising from these terms and conditions of sale may be brought in Italy or other EU member states.
