Rinner Speck stands for far more than just tradition. It combines a rich, savory taste with time-honored family recipes that are continually refined and improved. Whether enhanced with alpine flowers, as aromatic herb speck, or classic pork belly – South Tyrolean speck from RINNER makes every dish something special and impresses with its authentic, traditional character.

For our production, we use only high-quality pork legs. These are carefully rubbed with a mild, well-balanced salt and spice mixture and then stored in the curing room for 14 days. The speck is then gently smoked over beechwood and finally matured in special climate-controlled rooms for at least seven months to develop its full flavor.
