At an altitude of around 1,200 metres, above Platt in the Hinterpasseier valley and below the Texel Group Nature Park, lies the Prugger family’s Schmiedhof farm. On the sunny slopes surrounding the farm, Judith and Reinhard Prugger grow a wide variety of berries and fruits, which develop their particularly intense flavour thanks to the clear air and the high altitude. Using their own family recipes, they turn these into syrups and fruit spreads with a high fruit content, always placing great emphasis on naturalness and quality.
